Do members have to create a separate login to use the Fonteva Mobile app? 

No. Fonteva Mobile is an extension of your Fonteva AMS, and it utilizes single sign-on (SSO) tied directly to your core Salesforce database.

Members will use the same credentials they already use for your web portal to log in to the app. This provides a seamless user experience and reduces the number of password reset requests your IT support team has to manage.

Does the app require a developer? 

No, you don’t need any deep coding knowledge to customize or edit the app’s interface and content. Anyone on your team can manage the app using an intuitive drag-and-drop builder, whether they have a coding background or not.

For instance, if you need to send a last-minute push notification about a room change, upload a new sponsor logo, or add a custom icon to the navigation menu, your marketing team can easily handle those updates in real-time without submitting an IT ticket.

How does data sync between the app and our main database?
