Togetherwork Strengthens Commitment to Association Industry with Acquisition of Protech Associates, the Leading Association Software Built on Microsoft Dynamics 365


Arlington, VA – November 3, 2021 – Fonteva is excited to share that Togetherwork, the leader in integrated software and payments for managing communities, groups, and organizations, has acquired Protech Associates.  

The leading provider of Association Software built for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 + platform, Protech, will bring its own storied history of deep customer relationships and strong growth alongside Fonteva as part of Togetherwork’s Association Solutions business unit. With the addition of Protech, Togetherwork is boosting its commitment to the association industry and significantly growing its presence in the market. 

This acquisition does not affect the commitment or the investment Togetherwork has made, and will continue to make, in Fonteva. Togetherwork remains focused on growing Fonteva and providing Fonteva’s customers with the best possible Association Software Platform built on Salesforce. The accelerated product investment made in Fonteva by Togetherwork continues, which most recently was highlighted by the addition of three new highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architects to the product team. 

Protech becomes Togetherwork’s second Association Management Platform provider, joining Fonteva, which was acquired earlier this year. The Association Solutions business unit, led by General Manager Pat McGlynn will continue to focus on the vision of delivering the best and most popular platform-based solutions to associations. The majority of the Protech leadership team and staff will continue to operate and support Protech and Togetherwork moving forward.  

While some operational teams will integrate, the Protech product team will continue to build and develop its Association Management Platform build on Microsoft CRM, just as Fonteva as has continued the independent development of its platform built on Salesforce. Both platforms expect to realize benefits from the support and backing of Togetherwork.
